Obstacle Course Fridays

Starting May 1st we will start a bi-weekly event called “Obstacle Course Fridays”. For those of you who enjoyed the Mirrors Edge Obstacle course day, we will bring out every obstacle we have just like that day, and create a different route each event. Markers will be put up all around the training centre and people will have time to work though the course before we start timing and counting runs as legit attempts. We will also be including some conditioning elements to the course, and involve things outside the MV, so be warned!! The first course will be setup at Friday at 6pm-9pm; free to monthly pass holders, 15 dollars for others. (You can train before and after as well, ie normal day pass)

Advance Conditioning Parkour Program

Starting in May our advanced conditioning program will be run on Tuesday and Thursdays at 8PM. This program is based on the ‘Parkour Methods’ program that we have been working on for the last year. This is a program built from the ground up to account for a traceurs needs, and is the only Parkour training programs in the world of its kind.

Acceptance into the program is only after a couple months of regular training at the MV and proper familiarization with our programming. This has nothing to do with Parkour skill, but rather, it has everything to do with commitment and the want to improve. These nights are all about putting the most serious people training together to achieve more and push themselves further. If that’s you, we hope to see you out one day!

More training programs/nights for all coming soon! As always, email us with questions/details.

Closed Mondays + Class Sched

For the next little while, the training centre will be closed on ALL Mondays. It was our least busiest day, and we hope that it doesn’t cause too many people to cry :P.

In terms of our Spring Summer class schedule, it will go up Monday night for those who have been waiting! Needless to say, we have an interesting agenda planned and it’s going to be a fun summer at the Vault.

Female Monthly Parkour Training

Due to our previous success with female training sessions, we have decided to run these sessions once a month now. They will be run indoors and outdoors the first Sunday of every month, and could even become biweekly throughout the summer. All meets will be posted on here well in advance in order to keep people in the know.

One of the main questions we get is, “how are these different than male classes?”. The answer is pretty simple, they are not much different. Females are capable of doing the exact same stuff males do and as such, these are taught in a very similar regard to the male trainings. It’s a very non-competitive, very positive, open format where we try to accommodate everyone and make sure each person walks away with something new. Each of these meets is usually accompanied by a theme which varies from session to session.

The next female Parkour training session will be MAY 10TH @ 1:30PM, followed by June 7th. All female sessions run about ~2.5 hours and are 15 dollars. Email us with any questions you may have and to sign up for the day
