Parkour training for stunts
We just recently finished training 3 people in the last week for a new kids show being produced in Toronto by Walt Disney. From what I heard, they put what they learned to good use!
Rock Wall Status = 50%
For those who have come in recently, you will notice that the rock wall is almost done. It concludes the last of the big projects inside the training centre for now, with a few more to come later on. You will need rock climbing shoes to use it, or else you have to go barefoot, which is not very comfortable. There’s already 1 fun route, with more to come this week as the wall becomes 100% finished.

Almost 2 months..
It’s funny to look back and think this place has been open for nearly 2 months with not much written about it on the internet. Even with nothing written, we’ve had more than 50 people sleep over as guests from all over North America, held some huge meets, hosted the biggest female workshop in North America, gone through some of the most intense training sessions I’ve ever seen a Parkour group/site do, and had over 150 different people walk through the door to check it out and train! If this doesn’t hint at the potential for the future, I don’t think anything will. Some great times ahead. Parkour in Toronto, and Canada, is changing.
Chabad of Flamingo Community Centre Project
We are about to start a 10 week Parkour program to the afterschool Youth of the Chabad of Flamingo Community Centre. With some great obstacles, and a big gym, this program should prove to be a lot of fun for the youth there. They will never look at their playground the same way again!
Monkey Vault YouTube Channel
Along with the launch of the website we have made a YouTube channel to showcase videos that are created here, specific MV Training Centre content, and other random tidbits. It will be the main source of our video content in the future. The channel can be found HERE.
Training Centre Schedule
Always keep a watchful eye on the website for changes in schedule. As school started, the hours have diminished a bit due to change in schedules in the participants that come. Further changes will come as classes will be starting soon. Open time are still; Tuesday-Saturday 1:30pm to 11pm, Sunday 12-9, Monday Closed.
Website Goes Live!
After having the training centre open for almost 2 months without a website, the website is finally up. Please let us know of any problems you may come across. Content will be filled as time comes available. Tell your friends!!
